Toy Freddy is the titular antagonist of Five Nights at Freddy's 2 and a redesign version of the original Freddy Fazbear, serving as the mascot of the new Freddy Fazbear's Pizza. He returns in Ultimate Custom Night as a selectable character.

He's one of the ten Five Night at Freddy's 2 selectable characters, along with the other toy animatronics, Mangle, Balloon Boy, Jay Jay, the withered animatronics, Marionette and Golden Freddy.

Toy Freddy resides in the Parts and Service room, playing Five Nights With Mr. Hugs on his monitor, find whichever camera Mr. Hugs is attacking from, and close the appropriate door to insure that Mr. Hugs can't get inside the office.

Trivia

• From the Character Guide announcement on the game's Steam page, Scott describes Toy Freddy as "retired".
  • The fact that Toy Freddy is retired seems to be a reference to the early days of FNaF 2 where Scott commented about the reason behind Toy Freddy having little notoriety in the game franchise.
    • Scott's response: You people don't UNDERSTAND Toy Freddy. He's a very reclusive and private animatronic. He spends his evenings curled up reading a good book. He doesn't like the limelight. So please be respectful of Toy Freddy. He's retired.
